The largest airport of the Portugal is located in its capital city called Lisbon. The name of airport is Lisbon Portela Airport. It is the main European hub and international gateway to the Portugal. This airport is also famous for handling large number of passengers on the yearly basis in Europe. The airport offers superb transport services to the passengers i.e. bus and Metro Train. The airport territory is full of city buses which you can get from the first terminal. It works 24/7 without any break and serves well to the passengers. City bus is the most affordable and suggested transport services for the passengers in the Lisbon Airport.

The cascais train line and downtown area is connected with the airport. The Metro Train is the most advanced transport service available in the Lisbon airport. Amazing places to visit in Lisbon


Lisbon is known worldwide for its natural scenic beauty and historical places. This city is enriched with the layer of century old tradition and colorful event in different times. Lisbon is holding great places among Portugal for its gothic cathedrals, amazing monasteries and rich museum. Lisbon is a great combination of classic and modern lifestyle. You will get amazed by seeing the historical sites, natural beauty and colorful nights of Lisbon. Lisbon is the capital of Portugal and the biggest city. The population of Lisbon is 552,700 with an area of 39 sq mi.

  • Mostiero dos Jerenimos: this place is listed in the UNESO World Heritage sites. This is filled with pure fantasy. When you’ll visit the church through the western portal, then you can observe the columns like tree- tunk which is made of stone. The top windows are the source for golden light. From the upper choir you can have a great view from the top.

  • Castelo de Sao Jorge: this huge and top structure can be seen from anywhere in Lisbon. This renowned place has seen many of the historical events. This place was ruled by Visigoths in 5th century. Moors in the 9th century and Christians and royals are in 14th to 16th century. You will be amazed by visiting this places and a nice way for hang out.

  • Praca do Comerco: This famous structure is decorated with facades and mosaic cobbles is well known by everyone. This square is witness many historical event, in 1908 here in the fall of the monarchy. In the noon and evening it’s a nice place to hangout.

  • Museu de oriente: this famous museum is beautifully designed and represents the Portugal’s ties with Asia. This museum is having the collection of symbols and elements of Portuguese presence in Asia. There are also collection of rare Chinese screens and Ming porcelain.
